Terms & Conditions

Order Cancellation :
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please send your request to our customer service department as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been processed we will cancel and refund your order. If your order has already been processed, we will make every attempt to cancel the order with the publisher. If we  are unable to cancel the order with the publisher, we are unable torefund your order. Orders are processed each week so please let us know promptly if you wish to make changes to your order. Order Changes:
Please check your order for accuracy prior to completing your order online. If you find an error within your order after you have completed your order, please contact us promptly. We will ensure that the necessary changes are made to ensure the accuracy of your order. To contact our customer service department, please send an e-mail to cs@MagazineDealsOnline.com.

Change of Address:
If you have a change of address, please contact our customer service department with your order information including your order number, name and address on the order and the new address information. We will then see that your order is updated with the publisher. Please allow 1-3 issues for the address change to take effect due to publisher processing time and the advance printing and addressing of mailing labels. Magazine Availability (Ceased and/or Format Change):
MagazineDealsOnline.com is a magazine subscription agent. Our responsibility is to prepare and forward your order on to the publisher and/or magazine vendor for fulfillment. All orders are subject to acceptance by the publisher. The publisher is then responsible for fulfillment and mailing of your order.

MagazineDealsOnline.com is not the publisher and is not responsible for the content of any magazine or publication. MagazineDealsOnlie.com is not responsible for the fulfillment or delivery of any magazine or publication. All orders are fulfilled by each individual publisher of the magazine ordered.

If a magazine should cease publication or change from print to digital editions, this is an action by the publisher. If a magazine which you have ordered has ceased publication or changed format, the publisher is responsible for providing a substitute publication. Please contact the publisher directly. MagazineDealsOnline.com is not responsible to provide a substitute or refund where a magazine has ceased publication and/or changed their format from print to digital.

If MagazineDealsOnline.com is unable to fulfill an order for any magazine subscription or publication, our liability is limited to a refund of the actual money paid for the magazine subscription by the customer. This does not apply to a magazine which has ceased publication or changed format from print to digital.
