How do I contact customer service?

When contacting customer service please include as much information as possible so we may respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. Please include the full name on the order, your order number and the question you wish to have addressed.

When will my first issue arrive?
Magazine subscriptions ordered at are shipped to you by the magazine's publisher. The first issue of your order should arrive within 8-14 weeks which is the industry standard. If the magazine ordered is a quarterly or bi-monthly, the delivery time for a first issue may take longer depending on the publisher's schedule.

Once you've placed an order at, it can take one to three weeks for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publisher. Your subscription is then added to the publisher's next production cycle and shipped via standard mail. For example, if your monthly subscription was ordered and received by the publisher in June, and the July issue has already shipped, your order may be added to the August mailing. What methods of payment do you accept?

Renewing your subscription?
If you are ordering as a renewal to the same name and address as your current subscription, the publisher will add the order to your current subscription. For example, if you have 5 issues left and you add 12 through, you will now have 17 issues left on your subscription. Please note that the expiration date on your current mailing label may take 2-4 issues to update due to advance printing by the publisher.

Does automatically renew my subscription every year?
No we do not. will never automatically renew any subscription ordered through our website.

I have a coupon code and it did not apply to my order. What do I do now?
If you have a coupon code and the discount was not applied to your order, please send our customer service department an e-mail and we will see that your credit card charge is properly adjusted. There is no need to place your order a second time using the coupon code.

How do I place a gift order for someone other than myself?
If you wish to order a magazine as a gift subscription, simply add the item to your shopping cart and select the drop-down that indicates "gift". You will then be prompted to enter the gift recipients name and address. When ordering multiple gifts, there is no need to place multiple orders. Simply keep adding magazines to your shopping cart until your order is complete and then proceed through the checkout process.

What is the cancellation policy?
Orders not yet submitted for fulfillment may be cancelled and refunded. Orders which have already been submitted to our clearinghouse for fulfillment cannot be cancelled and refunded. Orders are processed weekly so please let us know as promptly as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our very best to cancel your order.

Is there a charge for shipping and handling?
There is never a charge for shipping and handling.

Do you process international orders?
Magazine subscriptions offered at can only be shipped to a United States address. We are unable to process magazines to other destinations at this time. Please contact the magazine's publisher for further assistance.

How do I update my address if I have moved?
If your address has changed, please send an e-mail to our customer service department with your order information, your old address and the new address information. We will gladly see that your address is updated with the publisher. Please be sure to have a forwarding on file with your local post office as it can take 1-3 issues for the address to update with the publisher.

Do you distribute my personal information? will never sell, rent or distribute your personal information. In order to complete your transaction, we will share the name and shipping address associated with your purchase with the publisher or magazine vendor of the magazine you have ordered. We will not share your credit card or e-mail information with them. If you have ordered a digital subscription, your e-mail address will be provided to the publisher for fulfillment purposes.
